Description of the campaign

Globally, there are many inequality gaps in soccer. For example, in Santa Cruz Bolivia, although the women's league is 28 years old and has 31 clubs, girls do not have schools or training programs designed to introduce them to the sport.
With more than 5 years of experience in teaching sports, we recognize that another way is needed to attract girls to soccer, that's why at "Inter Stars" we created "Supernova" which means: The birth of a star.
At Supernova the training sessions are organized around games, developing skills such as coordination, balance, agility and core muscles. At first there are no games, gradually introducing balls and soccer skills as they gain confidence. The other key difference is that, unlike the boys, the girls are motivated by the social aspect and the training sessions focus on having fun and building friendships, rather than competing.
