Cuerporeclamo promotes health and wellness because it uses training to benefit the body and emotional health. It provides a welcoming and convivial space in the community. It also promotes gender equality because it has a focus on women's empowerment.

Cuerporeclamo wants to empower people through movement, offering a space for meeting and dialogue to confront diverse social problems.
The motivation for this venture was the need to open a space where people not only learn dance, but also share their concerns about social problems and work on them through movement; and also to use art as a refuge.
Cuerporeclamo teaches classes that encourage the self-exploration of those involved from a somatic and emotionally related approach. Students are strengthened from the understanding of the body as a political space in addition to building a supportive community.
I differentiate myself because I do not see dance as a frivolous activity that only seeks beauty. On the contrary, I propose art as a space to address social and individual problems. For example, I have given workshops on gender violence through dance.
Cuerporeclamo is a company that offers contemporary dance classes.
